Looks like things are heating up all over. The Wall St protest in NYC is going into its third week. The NYPD is shaming itself with the brutality of how it treats peaceful protesters. Now, its coming out that they got the biggest donation EVER from JPMorganChase of $4.6M to the Police Foundation. One top cop, Anthony Bologna (or Tony Baloney according to the Daily Show) has been taped randomly macing people, especially women, who are not threatening anyone at all. This will play out in a nice lawsuit against the NYPD.
The protests are spreading around the country as one is being planned for Las Vegas this coming Thursday. I plan to attend and hope we get a good turnout. Instead of the hundreds they expect, I hope it will be thousands. Perhaps this will be the spark for the anti-bankers/Wall St movement similar to the anti-war movement against the Vietnam War.
